Full description
The de Buyer push button can be used for safely slicing fruits and vegetables on the Vantage mandolin. The push button consists of a plastic hat which has pins on the bottom the hold a product in place. There is a small spring behind the pins to keep a level pressure on the product and keep an identical result.
