The DiaSharp Bench Stone D8F is a fine diamond-coated sharpening stone, but due to the diamond particles, it sharpens your knives as quickly as a sharpening stone with a medium grain. Got 3 of these in coarse, fine and extra fine. Good quality, absolutely flat, fast cutting and no mess (unlike my Japanese waterstones). The great "multi buy" deal offered by Knivesandtools made them very affordable when bought together.
