The **Fenix HL32R blue** is a light-weight, rechargeable LED head torch and a true all-rounder. Its compact size and weight makes this torch the perfect companion during camping and hiking trips or mountain climbing adventures. Combined the two LED lights have 9 light modes. With the two switches on top of the head torch you can choose the different types of beams.


5 light modes neutral white light with a great colour rendering:



* - Eco (4 ANSI lumens, 200 hours)
* - Low (30 ANSI lumens, 60 hours)
* - Medium (70 ANSI lumens, 24 hours)
* - High (130 ANSI lumens, 14 hours)
* -Turbo (300 ANSI lumens, 4.5 hours)





2 light modes for red light:



* - Eco (1 ANSI lumen, 100 hours)
* - Flash (1 ANSI lumen, 200 hours)





Additional light modes



* - SOS (30 ANSI lumens, 120 hours)
* - Burst (600 ANSI lumens, 1 hour)





At least 9 modes, a maximum amount of 600 lumens and a maximal burn time of 200 hours are what characterize this head torch. You can lock the light when you don’t need it. As such the light won’t be turned on when you don’t want it to. Say goodbye to drained batteries. In addition, the Fenix HL32R is dust and waterproof up to a IPX-6 norm.


The Fenix HL40R derives its strength from the built-in 2000mAh Li-Po battery you can recharge with the micro-USB port at the back of the light. With a full battery the light will (depending on the light mode) function up to 200 hours. The torch comes with a micro-USB cable. A row of four blue LED lights gives you the actual battery status.


Despite the built-in battery this head torch doesn’t weigh that much. With only 106 grams (including headband) it is definitely a light-weight torch. Especially when you consider the light output and burning time.
