How to choose the best head torch
Define your usage
First think about what you want to use the head torch for. If you go running at night, a lightweight model with a good beam is ideal. For camping or chores, a torch with multiple light modes and long battery life is more convenient.
Pay attention to brightness and battery life
The luminous intensity, expressed in lumens, determines how brightly the torch shines. For reading in the tent, 50 lumens are sufficient, but for night hikes you will soon need 200 lumens or more.
