The Fissler Original Profi Collection frying pan has a diameter of 24 cm. It is a very decent pan, made from top-quality 18/10 steel. You will enjoy this pan for years to come! To end up with that grill effect the pan is enhanced with a so-called 'novogrill' surface. It also evenly divides the fat, like in a grill pan. So, not only your meat will end up with that nice crispy crust, it will stay juicy on the inside. The frying pan also has a relatively high rim with content indication. The capacity of the pan is 2 litres, the measurement scale on the inside of the pan goes up to 1 litre.

Expectations
Poêle d'excellente facture en inox épais. Fabrication allemande. Fonctionne parfaitement si on suit les étapes d'une cuisson à l'inox avec un préchauffage de la poêle à la bonne température (ruse de la goutte d'eau, qui devient inutile avec l'habitude). Ne colle pas et produit une cuisson parfaite des viandes grillées, des poissons ou des légumes saisis. Extrêmement facile à nettoyer à l'eau savonneuse avec une éponge classique (jamais un tampon qui raye). N'a que des avantages sur les poêle à revêtement teflon, peu durables quand elles ne sont pas toxiques, et qui cuisent en brûlant la nourriture.
