The Hultafors GK Heavy-Duty Knife is an ultra-sturdy fixed knife. A solid workhorse for tackling bigger jobs. It can really go the distance! It's an ideal knife to have with you during demolition work, for instance. Hultafors itself describes this as a knife for chopping, prying and breaking. We do advise that any damage to the edge as a result of this use is not covered by the warranty.

The knife arrived completely blunt. It could not cut anything. Also, it had a secondary bevel. I had to spend time sharpening the blade and re-profiling it to a true scandi. Now it is sharp and performs very well.
