Absolutely beautiful knife. My first Shun after using Kai wasabi black knives for a few years. The difference in quality is worth spending this amount of money on a top knife. Although this is smaller than my wasabi black santoku, it feels heavier. The asymmetrical handle makes holding and using it so much easier
