The Kai Shun Classic series consists of beautiful kitchen knives with 32-layer damask steel. The VG-MAX core takes care of unparalleled cutting properties. The handles are made of laminated pakkawood and have an asymmetrical shape. This knife series is one of the most extensive series in the world.
