This **universal clamp from Lansky** is suited as a replacement part for all guided sharpening systems from this American sharpening giant. The clamp is the basis part of all these sharpening systems. You secure your knife and select the desired angle.

The beak of the clamp have a rubber interior, so you will not damage the blade of your knife. The aluminium clamp can hold virtually any knife: from a long chef's knife to the narrow blade of a Swiss multi-tool.

Bought because the thread failed on their basic clamp. It grips  the knife better without too much tightening. The kit sharpens really well but relies on the clamp and I think there's still rooom for improving it.
