Led Lenser H14R. 2 rechargeable head lamp

The H14R.2 is a head lamp by Led Lenser, which follows the curve of your forehead very nicely. As a result, it sits firmly on your head and will not tilt. The dial on the battery holder is a smart touch, with which the light intenstity of the LED can be set continuously. This button can be pressed to operate the red LED's in the battery compartment. These increase your visibility. You can also use this button to choose between different lighting programmes: Easy mode, Power mode, Blink mode and Boost mode. Using the switch on the lamp itself, you can switch your head lamp on or off. You can also choose different output modes with this switch.

In the Boost mode you will get 1000 lumens. After 30 seconds the headlamp will switch back to the previously chosen mode.

The ring around the reflector can be shifted inwards or outwards. This operates the by Led Lenser well known Advanced Focus System. This system enables you to widen the beam for a good overview, or focus it to create a huge beam throw.

The H14R. 2 operates on a supplied battery pack, that can be recharged in the battery compartment. The required adapter is included in delivery. But if necessary, you can also use 4 AA batteries. Both alkaline and NiMH batteries can be used. The charging cable can also use a USB port as power source. Whichever suits you best. A red/green colored LED shows how far the charging process has progressed.
