The Mujun Misuzu santoku 16 cm is a stylish Japanese kitchen knife. It has a thin, sharp and angled tip that allows you to easily cut in and around joints. The blade is flat, making it ideal for cutting a nice fillet of breast meat, for instance. You use the sharp heel of the knife to remove the legs and wings. Despite the specific design of this knife, it is also suitable for cutting meat or vegetables.
