The Nordic Knife Design Wharncliffe 100 2081, Black Birch is a slim, minimalist, Scandinavian outdoor knife for various cutting tasks in nature. The Wharncliffe 80 features a blade that can be described as a combination of a wharncliffe and sheepsfoot-style shape. The resulting straight edge with pointed tip is particularly suitable for food preparation and wood carving. The generous finger groove in the handle gives you plenty of control while cutting.
