The Spyderco 302 ceramic sharpening stone medium, 302M is a top-quality ceramic stone made from aluminium oxide (synthetic sapphire) to sharpen knives and other tools. The advantage of aluminium oxide is that you don't need water or oil and that it is so hard that even after a long time sharpening grooves won't appear. You can also easily sharpen hard metals with this stone.

Es una piedra impresionante. Tiene un grano que consigue dejar un filo sin llegar a ser espejo pero de una calidad brutal. Recomiendo tenerla en cualquier cocina siempre a mano para darle 5 pasadas a cualquier cuchillo y que éste recupere el filo. He probado todo tipo de piedras japonesas, naturales... al agua, aceite... pero esta gama cerámica es increíble. Con una piedra sin necesitar agua ni aceite, todos tu cuchillos bien afilados en nada de tiempo. INDISPENSABLE. Recomiendo tener esta piedra sobre el soporte para piedras Naniwa A-902. Soporte + piedra, combinación imbatible. Comodidad y eficacia. Recomiendo su compra. Yo posiblemente adquiera otra de repuesto por si en algún momento paran la fabricación o distribución de la misma.
