I really like this upswept blade design of this Knife. It’s a fantastic slicer. The handle & balance feels great for me & it’s really lightweight which is nice, & makes a change to my usual heavier full tang blades I purchase. Honestly you can’t go wrong with this knife as long as you realise what your buying & that it ain’t for some of the heavier knife tasks.
