The **Swarovski Habicht 8x30 W** is a pair of binoculars with a traditional Porro prism. The 8x30 are great binoculars to take with you on hikes, when you're counting every gram you'll carry. Additionally, the traditional porro design has a number of advantages over the modern roof-prism binoculars you'll often see. For example, depth perception is better with a porro design, provided the prisms of the binoculars are of good quality, which is certainly the case with Swarovski. In doing so, Swarovski uses Swarotop and Swarodur coatings, one of the best coatings on the market that provide 96% light transmission. When you look through Swarovski binoculars, the surroundings will look a lot brighter compared to binoculars with other coatings.

## Scope of delivery

## The Habicht series

The Swarovski Habicht line is a long-established series of binoculars within the Swarovski range. The binoculars are named after the 3277-metre high mountain in the Stubai Alps as well as the bird of prey: a hawk. These are known for their keen eyes. In 1949, the base design of the first Habicht 7x42 binoculars was made. This pair of binoculars has seen many upgrades over the years, and is still a staple of Swarovski's range.
