Full description
The TSPROF K03 Standard Plus sharpening system is a professional and exceptionally advanced Russian sharpening system. It doesn't get any more accurate than this. The system is robust, rock-solid and easy to assemble. The K03 series makes it exceptionally easy to adjust the sharpening angle and to comfortably hang the sharpening arm. This means the arm will never get in the way as you turn the knife. Because of the 'automatic' lock after turning the adjustable clamp 180 degrees, you always use exactly the same sharpening angle on both sides of the edge. Perfect results are therefore guaranteed.
