TSProf: from Russia with love

TSProf stands for Tech Studio Profile and is a Russian brand which is an expert in making advanced guided sharpening systems. It is basically one system which various expansion possibilities. The TSProf sharpening system enables you to sharpen both sides of your knife using the exact same angle, without having to move it because of the advanced ‘locking system’. This system ensures that after turning 180 degrees the turning arm is automatically locked.

With this system you can sharpen short and long blades because you can vary between a single and two individual holders for your knife. In addition, the system comes in a solid wooden box you can also store it in after use. Five different sharpening stones, with grainsizes 120, 220, 400, 600 and 1000 are included as well.
