The **Work Sharp Fine Diamond Kit Professional Precision Adjust** consists of two replacement sharpening stones for the Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust sharpening system. A must-have set if your old sharpening stones are used up, damaged or lost. The 600-grit sharpening stone will make your relatively blunt knives sharp again, and the 800-grit stone will give you next-level sharpness. 

The end result of these sharpening stones is medium-sharp. That is why we recommend using a finer sharpening stone after using these stones to make the knife razor-sharp again. Are your knives blunt or even damaged? If so, we recommend using a coarse sharpening stone first. Please note: diamond sharpening stones need to be 'pre-sharpened'. This means that the stone will seem coarser at first use than it actually is. After sharpening a few knives this effect will disappear, and the stone will reach its optimal level of effect.

The sharpening stone holder is magnetic, making it easy to attach a sharpening stone to the holder. You can quickly and easily select the right sharpening stone without having to remove the holder from the system.
