This **Wüsthof Crafter chef's knife 16 cm** has a relatively small, but high blade. As such the knife is perfect when cutting, chopping and rocking ingredients. In addition, the high blade is perfect to safely guide the knife alongside your fingers. A chef's knife is great when cutting vegetables, fish and meat, but also when finely chopping herbs, crushing pepper corns and peeling cloves of garlic.


The Wüsthof Crafter lives up to its name. They are true workers knives. The handle is made from smoked oak and therefore water resistant. Preferably clean the knives by hand and do not put them in the dishwasher. The dishwasher could namely affect the beautiful, dark colour of the wood or the sharpness of the blade. The handle feels great in hand and the half crop allows you to use the entire blade. The weight is also extremely low for a chef's knife, only 120 grams. The scales are attached with brass rivets for an authentic character.
