The **Xin Cutlery XinCraft XC130 chef's knife** is a graceful kitchen knife. The remarkable material of the handle and the stunning damascus steel make the design look amazing. The razor-sharp blade is perfect for practically any task in the kitchen. From cutting a large piece of meat to finely chopping a clove of garlic.

## Xin Cutlery XinCraft XC130 damascus blade

The blade is made from 67 layers of Damascus steel and a core of Japanese VG10 steel. VG10 is a great type of steel for both pocket knives and kitchen knives. Rock-solid and easy to sharpen. The blade is enhanced with a Ladder damascus pattern. Stunning and almost unheard of that we can sell a knife with this type of damascus steel for this price. An almost unparalleled price-quality ratio. 

At least as special is the way the blade is sharpened. This knife is namely enhanced with a flat grind with a convex edge instead of a traditional V-edge. ## Xin Cutlery XinCraft XC130 spalted maple handle

The handle is made from spalted maple. This is maple wood enhanced with dark veins in the light wood as the result of a fungus. Don't worry, if the wood is properly dried the fungus will stop growing. Afterwards the wood was enhanced with a synthetic resin for additional solidity and sustainability. The shape of the handle ensures that you have enough grip during use. As cherry on top a small copper sheet is placed in between the blade and handle. This does not only look great. It also evenly divides the weight.
