## About the wood carving knives


The blade is made from fine carbon steel. Easy to sharpen and very tough. As such it will bend sooner than it will break, in case something goes wrong. Better safe than sorry! Keep in mind that carbon steel is not stainless. So don't store it while still wet. A couple drops of oil once in a while will make sure the blade stays in great shape.



The handle is made from ash wood. A strong type of wood that is also used for axe handles. The ergonomics of all BeaverCraft tools is great. But the good thing about wood carving knives is that you can always modify the handle yourself. To make it your own!

Fijne messen. Loeischerp! Nu nog veel oefenen!

Compleet setje met lepelmes, carving mes, strop en compound. Ohh en een setje pleisters. Made in Ukraine. Zitten in een kartonnen doosje zonder verdere poespas.

Hoewel het een spoon carving toolset is gebruik ik voor het mes voor houtsnijden. Het is klein en compact en voelt prettig aan tijdens het snijden van hout. 

Das Set funktioniert perfekt. nur mit dem Messer hatte ich Probleme jedoch war der Kundenservice sehr nett und hat mir einen Ersatzt gesendet. Es funktioniert sehr gut für Einsteiger und ich würde es immer empfehlen wenn man sich mal ans schnitzen herantasten will.

Fijne mesjes om creatief bezig te zijn met houtbewerking. Ze hadden wel nog een kleine slijpbeurt nodig om optimaal te gebruiken.
