I make corn tortillas, gallettes and chapati regularly and this pan is perfect - easy to handle and the low sides to make flipping flatbreads a breeze. It is really important to take time to season the pan well before use - and in my case I should have taken more time to remove the beeswax coating it comes with a bit more thoroughly. A cosmetic issue that does not affect performance. I'm so pleased with this pan I want to add a larger size to my kitchen - perhaps a 30cm for flour tortillas and lavish bread I'm in Ireland and thought delivery from mainland Europe was surprisingly quick.
