This pocket knife is very suitable for allround and outdoor use. Compared to the Swede 10 it is a little more compact. Nobody will take offence to this knife. A very solid backlock and a blade of the high-quality Sandvik 12C27-steel ensure the solidity and reliability you may expect of such a knife. The blade is provided with practical ripples in order to direct it well. Not very exotic but perfect for daily use. The blade cannot be opened one-handed so it can also be used in countries where legislation prohibits that. And in practice this is hardly an objection.  
  
  


The handle of this version is made of bubinga wood. This type of wood is similar to rosewood. It is known for the beautiful pattern and is very suitable for fine carving and milling work. Because of the proper ergonomics the knife fits the hand perfectly. Under wet circumstances the plastic version can be chosen which offers a little more grip.

mooi mes, goede kwaliteit

de finishing van het mes was vrij teleurstellend. niet overal even mooi afgewerkt. (metalen delen waar diepe machine krassen waren, maar niet op het lemet)
ik had vewacht dat het mes scherper zou zijn. het mes was zeker niet bot te noemen maar het kon beter.

edge retention was ook niet zo goed naar mijn mening.

I bought this for my Granddaughter, for wood carving and general bushcraft. It arrived promptly in a very smart presentation box and she was very pleased with it. Feels nice in the hand and was acceptably sharp right out of the box.
