Nothing to compare with as this is my first axe bought for splitting some free logs I got. It split the unseasoned logs surprisingly well with just 3 or 4 big strikes and these where relatively big logs. I've left a pile out to split once dried and seasoned and judging off the performance of it splitting freshly cut logs I imagine splitting dried logs will be effortless. This site was also the cheapest place I found it for and the delivery was fast too. 5 stars all round for me!

No postage from the Netherlands,a free £15 Fiskars knife and axe sharpener and cheaper than buying in Britain. The axe is absolutely superb on bigger rounds that my husqvarna 2800 universal would struggle with. I will be doing a lot off business with these guys. Dooi,tot ziens.
