I like this. I like this ALOT. Ive tried cheap emulsions. applying them, then having to wait hours, if not days for them to dry and be ready to strop. The Jende, is not that. applying it to a strop was the smoothest experience i had with any emulsion. a drop in one end, "smear it" out with a razor, or a card (any credit card size plastic card) and wait 20-30min, and your good to go. using this on a smooth surface strop, after the 1micron Jende emulsion on a "course" strop, the blade reaches new heights. I allready had sharp knifes comming from a 4micron compound, and didnt expect huge difference, but oh boy. The results are great. 10/10 would buy again (when i run out)

I was wery curious about Jende sharpening products. As a life long knife sharpener i do like to examine new stuffs on the market. I used to sharpen knives on the benchstones by hand, today i sharp mostly with Wicked edge gen. 3 sharpenning system. When i started sharpening, there were no specialized stropping products on the market. So i made most of my strops myself. Tried various materials like wood, leather, plywood and so on. Many types of sharpening compounds from classical polishing compounds to diamond sharpening pastes. With better or worse results. I like most soft wood (balsa) with simple diamond pastes. Jedne sharpening strops totally exceeted my expectations. I started from 0.025 micron, simply for curiosity and now i am working to get my self whole grit set. These strops combined with pastes work excellent. I buy for my self the smallest amount of diamond compound. It is sufficient to fill whole strop to maximum. (Took my 3 or for repetitions to get where i needed to and little bottle still has compoud to use next time.) The absolutely most amazing thing about Jende strops is feedback. You do not need to be experienced hand knife sharpener to recognize when you are at right angle. I do not know how to describe it, but when you are at right angle, it almost feel like your knife sticks to the strop. Good quality bench stones provides good feedback. Feedback on this bench strop is excellent. Working with this strop line is pleasure, easy to store, easy to recognize different grits. Nanocloth is very durable, so you can go nuclear, but why? Be patient and let the compound do its job. Do you need it? Definettly not. Do you want it? If you are enthusiast and if you find pleasure in maintaining your knives and tools sharp, like myself, than you surely want it. In the future i would love to get my hands on more Jende sharppening products, specially suitable to use with my Wicked edge gen 3 sharpenning system. Let my please put same review to other of my purchaches, there are almost little to no differences in this bench strop lines and compounds.

Awesome product, I bought 2, 1, 0.5 and 0.25 to strop my knives and they are amazing. Crazy fast delivery and great products. Totally recommended.
