This **universal clamp from Lansky** is suited as a replacement part for all guided sharpening systems from this American sharpening giant. The clamp is the basis part of all these sharpening systems. You secure your knife and select the desired angle.

Ich habe mir die Klemme als Ersatz besorgt, falls die Originalklemme mal defekt wäre. Sehr gut, daß Lansky einzelne Ersatzeile seines Schleifsystems kostengünstig anbietet!

Ik gebruik deze 2de klem om lange messen te slijpen, de originele van het systeem en deze plaats ik op 1/3 en 2/3den afstand, en verplaats het mes via de klemmen in de juiste positie.
Dit werkt voor mij ok,
Ik ben tevreden met het systeem.
Nog een goede raad om messen te zetten die een zeer slechte hoek hebben:
deze moeten aangezet worden met de grofste slijpsteen, nl 
Lansky, slijpsteen, S0070, anders duurt het te lang.


Great clamp holds the blade very firmly and acuratly provided the knife is not too thick. Only criticism is that if you try and screw the jaws down to firmly the adjusting screws can pull out because of the aluminium build. That said I have used the whole lansky system for years and this was the first time I have had to replace any component
