This was bought as a Christmas present for my partner, when he got around to opening it for use, he found that a screw was missing which meant that it could not be used. He emailed the company informing them and they said they would send the missing part out, but almost 6 months later and still nothing, they aren't even replying to his emails now. We are now left with a fairly expensive item that is useless. If this had been rectified then this would have been a 5 star review, i would not recommend using this company. They have no interest in helping the customer once that product has been sold.
