I received a product that had been previously used. Using the documents supplied, I returned the item (why the Netherlands? No UK address?) and it got sent back to me...customs issue? Anyway, I'm getting no response to my emails...shocking service.

Top quality multitool. It is expensive, but once you get it into your hand you'll know it's worth every cent. It feels solid, all blades are sharp and have liner locks for safety. All other tools have a locking mechanism too. The only downside is that it doesn't have the awl tool and scissors are small.
