The Mora Companion HD 13159 is a decent fixed knife, for a very decent price. The knife is nice and light and large enough to comfortably carry on your belt. The rubber handle feels comfortable in hand and offers enough grip. The popular, incredibly affordable bushcraft knife. This is the HD-version. This has nothing to do with television: for Mora this means Heavy Duty. A blade that is slightly thicker to make sure it can handle even more.

 The knife is great for bushcraft and survival tasks. The spine of the blade is not too curved to make using a firesteel even easier. The knife is enhanced with a scandi grind and is easy to sharpen.

 Comes with a black, hard plastic sheath, enhanced with a solid belt clip.

TL;DR; Voor het geld, het beste mes wat je kan kopen. 

Super scherp uit de doos, goede bouwkwaliteit, fijne schede. Het enige wat dit mes voor mij echt perfect zou maken is een scherpe rug voor het maken van vonken met een firesteel. Maar dit is makkelijk zelf te doen, dus de beslissing om een ronde afwerking te maken is voor mensen die geen firesteel willen gaan gebruiken hiermee eigenlijk ook een betere optie.
