The Opinel office knife set with 2 knives is incredibly convenient for all kinds of kitchen chores. The carbon steel blades are **not** stainless, so require a little maintenance. So immediately after use clean and dry it!

J ai passé au lave-vaisselle aucune indication me l interdisait et ils sont  devenus noir [la lame] pas terrible.

Some rust appeared right after the first washing while I had never any rust with my other Opinel knives (I have about 20 other Opinel products).
Please avoid !

Un couteau à avoir. Sa lame fine permet des découpes très précise. Attention à ce modèle en acier carbone. Son avantage est de garder un coupant. Mais la lame est à préserver de l’humidité. Elle se patine. Un couteau à réserver pour couper le saucisson (ou des aliments sec ou gras). Je ne m’en passerai pas. 

Niet tevreden over deze messen. Roest komt vrijwel bij eerste beurt op de messen.
Geeft smaak af aan je groenten/fruit. Na melding over ontevredenheid werd me gemeld dat extra behandeling nodig is voor het onderhoud. Maar daar koop ik natuurlijk geen nieuwe mesjes voor. Toch wel een wrange nasmaak bij deze koop.
