The **QSP Bison Knife V2** is a cool knife for a great price. Consider it your companion for hiking and camping or in your survival kit. This updated version has a longer handle for better grip and a thumb rest on the sheath, making it easier to push the knife out of the sheath.

The blade is made from D2. This is a tough tool steel that retains its sharpness well. D2 is also fairly easy to sharpen. Do take care around moisture and acids: D2 is not as corrosion-resistant as some stainless steels. So make sure you clean and dry it after use.

The handle of this knife is made from micarta, a composite material made from textile and synthetic resin. It is rock-solid, lightweight and it feels great in hand.

The sheath is made from kydex. It has a very nicely devised construction for attaching the belt loop and clip.

The great thing about QSP is that they cater to almost the entire knife market, from budget-friendly knives for those just starting out, to fancier models with milled titanium handles. What they all have in common, however, is that they offer a whole lot of knife for a relatively modest price.

I have 3 of these knives in the meantime. That says enough. Very decent knife for less than €100. Easily passes the paper test out of the box, feels great in my hand and the D2 steel does the job. The sheath is one of the best out there. For me it is a all round knife for a bargain. Besides that, fast and well packed delivery by Knives and Tools as always. Excellent service 😉.

Achat tout à fait compulsif. Je n'en ai pas d'utilité ! Mais je le trouvais très beau en photo et il l'est en vrai. Pour rire, j'ai taillé un bâton : ça le fait très bien. Bien entendu, il coupe très bien les emballages plastiques seule utilité pour le moment. En tout cas, ravi !

Excellent, compact good looking knife. Handle feels nice and solid. Pefect knife for daily use in the woods, D2 steel performs well (yes, one can destroy everything). The sheath is one of the best or maybe the best on the market, solid and adjustable for wearing in horizontal or vertical direction. Knife is razorblade sharp out if the box. Handle is fixed with three torx 15 screws which can be tightened easily.

QSP delivered an excellent knife for less than €100, which competes easily with more expensive German and US brands. Often, people are sceptic about the quality of Chinese knives, but this one is a winner in my opinion and no joke. Because the knife does so well, I bought a second one.

il manico un pò troppo squadrato potrebbe essere migliorato nell'ergonomia ma nel complesso trasmette comunque solidità e sicurezza nell'utilizzo.
buono e versatile il fodero anche se un pò sbilanciato verso il manico nel porto orizzontale.
