Are your knives in need of sharpening?

The **Victorinox Sharpy small knife sharpener** was specifically designed to sharpen small Victorinox pocket knives and (serrated) kitchen knives. Because of the handle this sharpener might appear to be larger than it really is. With a length of only 7.1 cm it is not much larger than your thumb! The advantage is that you can always take it with you and that it won't take up too much room if you want to store it.


The sharpener is enhanced with two, small carbide sheets that were placed in a V-shape. Because of this V-shape you always sharpen using the same angle. If the sharper loses its effectiveness after several years you don't have to worry! You can turn the two sheets over. As such you will enjoy your sharpener and your sharp pocket knife even longer.

Brilliant for SAK penknives and other small kitchen paring knives. Ive sharpened 10-12 knives from practically blunt to paper slicing sharp with it now and it still works well. Recommended. 

Uniquement pour petite lame, mais il fait son travail.

Vraiment tout petit mais il fait le job, surtout pour les petits couteaux

Verkijk je niet op het kleine formaat van het slijpertje, het slijpt boven verwachting scherp. Wel het mes constant haaks op de 'V' van de steentjes plaatsen en onder lichte druk bljjven slijpen tot er geen weerstand meer voelbaar is. Zelfs een geharde Wüsthof Dreizack koksmes is krijg ik er scherp mee. In combinatie met een strop en een stropping compound 'grof' is je mes vlijmscherp te krijgen. Kan niet simpeler.

Initialement surpris par sa très petite taille et son apparente fragilité jointe à une tenue en main assez particulière, je dois reconnaître qu'il s'avère remarquablement efficace à l'usage, même sur des "grands" couteaux...
Reste à voir si cette efficacité à l'emploi sera durable. Je recommande toutefois sans hésiter à ce stade.
