The standard Victorinox Venture knife has a 10.5 cm blade, perfect for outdoor tasks. With a full-tang construction that protrudes a little, allowing for an eyelet that also functions as a spanner. The Venture comes with a sheath and MOLLE-compatible belt loop.

Het mes voldoet precies aan datgene wat ik er van verwacht, perfect voor het werk in de keuken. Vlees, gevogelte, groente, beleg, hij doet het met groot gemak blijft lang scherp en is snel weer scherp te maken.
Ben er erg gelukkig mee, de geleverde kwaliteit is de prijs zeker waard.


Super couteau a un prix plus que raisonnable 

Wat een heerlijk mes! Dit is mijn eerste bushcraftmes, dus ik heb weinig vergelijkingsmateriaal. Maar hij houdt heel fijn vast in allerlei posities: stevig in een hamergrip, fijner tussen wijsvinger en duim om eten te snijden, met de duim op de rug om hout te snijden, op elke manier ligt hij lekker in de hand. Alles is ook flink scherp. De rug en het uitstekende stuk aan de achterkant zijn ook goed scherp om mee te kunnen schrapen en vonken te slaan. Ik heb er al aardig wat takken mee gesneden én in de keuken eten mee gesneden, en hij leent zich goed voor elke taak tot nu toe. En wat ik persoonlijk fijn vind: het mes heeft een weinig "stoer" uiterlijk. Het straalt meer keukenmes dan survivalmes uit. Toch fijn dat het mes daardoor het gezin niet afschrikt, terwijl hij wel alles qua bushcraft aan lijkt te kunnen.
