Cleaning cast iron

You might think that maintaining a cast iron pan is a lot of work. Well, that is not the case at all! The pans are not dishwasher proof, but you can easily clean them with water and a little bit of soap. Dry it afterwards and rub a layer of oil over the surface. And that's it!
