Works well and is simple to use. Used on Global knife set that had lost its angle over the years. Restored the 15 degrees angle with the Asian slot and then used the polishing to hone the knife up (best result with slightly wet knife). Result - very sharp restored knives. Knives and Tools has a very good website, reasonably priced, delivery was efficient and fast. Would recommend.
