This Kai Shun Classic chef's knife is a real all-rounder. You use it when cutting vegetables, meat and fish, but also when, for instance, chopping herbs, crushing pepper corns or peeling a clove of garlic. The chef's knife from the Kai Shun Classic collection is enhanced with an a-symmetrical handle. As such it feels great in hand. This also means that the knife is meant for right-handed use.
