Due Cigni tailor's scissors, 2C192-85

This pair of Due Cigni fabric and tailor's scissors is meant to cut textile on a flat surface. The handle of the scissors is placed at an angle; as such the blade will always be flat on the table as you cut fabric. The two eyes are often asymmetrical, keeping the elongated eye at the bottom when you use the scissors. This allows you to immediately cut through a large piece of fabric at once. Fabric scissors are often also a lot sharper to make sure the edge won't get caught behind the fabric causing it to fray.
