This Eden Susumi SG2 chef's knife is a nice Japanese knife that was forged by hand. The knife is enhanced with a 20 cm blade. As such it is suited for the more heavy-duty tasks. The chef's knife is a real all-rounder. You use it to cut vegetables, meat and fish. It's also ideal when chopping herbs, crushing peppercorns and peeling garlic cloves.
