Bread knife from the Alpha series of Güde. In the philosophy of Güde a bread knife must cut the bread and not crush it. To achieve this, they developed their own version of a serrated knife: ' Güde-Wellenschliff '. In practice, this turns out to be a successful improvement which you can find many enthusiastic stories about.
