The **Kai Seki Magoroku 2000 grit** is a high-quality Japanese sharpening stone to give your knives their razor-sharp edge back, and to maintain this sharp edge. The sharpening stone is made from aluminium oxide with a J2000 grit size. It's the perfect grit size to give your knife its original level of sharpness back.

## How to use the Kai Seki Magoroku sharpening stones

Submerge the stone in water a couple of minutes before use. It is important that the surface of the stone stays wet during use. After use, it's important to dry the sharpening stones thoroughly and then allow them to dry fully at room temperature. Don't place the sharpening stone on a heater or in the sun! This can cause the sharpening stone to crack. Once dried, store them in a dry, dark place.
