The Munetoshi Nashiji Black Bunka 16.5 cm is a stylish, Japanese chef's knife. Originally a rival of the famous Santoku knife. The difference can be found in the shape of the blade. A Bunka knife is enhanced with a more pointed tip, making it more suited when preparing fish and meat. But you can also easily cut vegetables with a Bunka knife.
