Opinel No. 09 Cime Luxury Range 003103 stainless steel, wood, pocket knife

The Opinel No. 09 Cime from the Luxury Range series is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship from Opinel's woodworking shop. The handle is a combination of three French woods: maple, ash and black walnut, finished with a high-gloss varnish. Some of these are leftover pieces from the production of other Opinel knives that they recycle in this way, instead of throwing them away. The way the different woods are incorporated into the handle is reminiscent of the lines and colours of a mountain range. Simply gorgeous!
