Zwilling J.A. Henckels Professional "S" Cook's knife 16 cm (6")

This is a replacement knife for Henckels chefs knife which we used for over 10 years. Handle came off as a result of regular dishwasher visits. be warned! this one will be my go to knife for veg chopping and other general cooking. it has a sharp edge, good weight and comfortable handle. It was a little bigger and heavier than I expected from simple length of blade dimensions. but fine even for my smallish hands. recommend the knife itself and the brand. We have several Henckels. price and delivery excellent.
