## Cleaning your cutting board

## Adding oil to your cutting board

It makes the cleaning process easier, the wood won't dry out and it ensures that scratches are less visible. It is best to use a flavourless and fragrance-less oil. Almond or grape seed oil, for instance. (Please note: we do not recommend using almond oil if you are allergic to nuts). Don't use olive oil because it will become sticky. Something you, of course, want to avoid. Add a coat of oil once every month.
