This Victorinox SwissClassic vegetable knife set is comprised of a peeler, 11 cm tomato knife and a 8 cm vegetable knife. This set is incredibly versatile in the kitchen and on the table. The Victorinox vegetable knives are made from stainless steel with a Fibrox handle made from polyamide. This leaves you with a great grip during use.
