Full description
The kitchen knives from the Pro collection are enhanced with a blade that is forged from one piece of steel. The full tang blade seamlessly merges with the plastic handle. The handle is secured to the steel with three rivets. The transition between the handle and steel is seamless. No dirt can accumulate in between. These knives are enhanced with a classic design and appeal to those who prefer heavier knives.

Expectations
Always seem to be looking for a good paring knife. Have had loads of cheap ones and finally decided to bite the bullet and buy a good on at the recommendation of 'Good Food' magazine. Very expensive for a small knife but it is so much better than cheap knives. So sharp, comfortable to hold and cuts all those things that others struglle with. Whether it is good value for money depends on how much you value quality.
