We bought this as a trial before buying a set of knives. It is perfect for us and we use it for nearly everything e.g. cakes, veggies, meat and more. We have now bought the 6 piece set with a block and are equally as pleased with the bigger knives. They are comfortable to hold and are an attractive addition to our kitchen.

Knife is slightly bent. Only noticed after a little while and it's after the 30 days. Alas, it's a nice knife but sad that it's got a slight curve to it

this seemed to be the cheapest high quality kitchen knife i could find. i still think it is now i have it. the starred assessments could do with more points. this knife could get maybe a 6 0r 7 out of five :) remarkable quality for price and only because knivesandtools are nice like that. k and t have only ever been 100% for me too.

bought this and 2 other knives as part of a combie deal to say the service was fantastic would be an understatement ordered on line a few days b4 xmas the knives showed up a few days later which when you think of xmas post etc the knives are as described really sharp and nicely weighted, ,great quality, and now i have to fight to use them as the wife always seems to have one in her hand (i think thats for cooking purposes) i would highly recommend the knives and the company and when i want anything knife related again these will be my first choice.
