Kai is known for their high quality Kai Shun kitchen knives. The Kai Wasabi series is also gives great quality, but is a bit more affordable. The Daido 1K6 stainless steel blade is sharpened thin to a hardness of 58 HRC. Because these knives don’t have a bolster the whole edge can be used and the entire length can be sharpened. The handle is made out of a combination of bamboo powder and polypropylene. This makes it durable and waterproof.

C’est pour offrir à un débutant mais je suis extrêmement confiant. Cette série vaut le coup

Gekocht omdat ik wel eens zo'n mes wilde proberen;  en moet zeggen dat het een handig ding is voor wat grovere groenten. Het voelt stevig aan en is mooi scherp. Lemmet lengte 16.5 kan het geen dikke kool of zulks niet aan. Daarvoor een best groot groentemes. Wortels, bietjes, aardappelen klein maken, prima. Of t door de tijd een aanwinst wordt weet ik nog niet. Leuk om erbij te hebben

Goed Japans keukenmes voor een lage prijs.

Als je van koken houdt dan zijn goede messen van groot belang. Japanse keukenmessen zijn top of the bill! Er is altijd baaas boven baas maar met deze Nakiri ben ik heel content. Het is wel oppassen geblazen want zonder dat ik het door had zat er al een snee in mijn vinger. Scherp dus maar dat is ook een genot om zo groenten te snijden.

Je possède plusieurs couteaux de la gamme Wasabi et la qualité est au rendez-vous malgré le prix compétitif.
