Perfectly good little pocket sharpener but if I was buying again I'd go all out and buy a sharpening system. I'd imagine a proper adjustable system with different grits is a lot more relaxing to use too, the Lansky BladeMedic has a very slight 'nails on chalkboard' feel, while it does work it lacks the smoothness of the bigger machine. Perfect for camping though which is what it's intended for.
