I have never used diamond paste or strop before in my life, and I have worked with knives for 20 years, as a fishmunger. Then i stumbeled across som dude on YouTube that got me interested. Now i must say that stropping with diamond paste, takes my knives sharpness to the next level. And it is somewhat stimulation to strop your knife to perfect sharpnes. And the little amount of paste you get, will last for a really long time.
